Earnie Giles

Earnie is a retired Marine officer and commercial pilot.  He is also the Treasurer of a small non-profit historical group at Camp Pendleton, California.  Earnie was instrumental in the establishment of The WINS Project USA in 2006 and has been a member of the Executive Board since its inception.  He was introduced to Bali by his wife, Frances Blair.  It was on this trip that they first learned of The WINS Project.  He sponsors two children, Desak Ayu Putu Ratih (Desak Ayu) and I Komang Kariana (Komang).  Earnie and Frances live in Rancho Bernardo, California.
