Frances Blair

Frances was introduced to The WINS Project in 2006 on one of her many trips to Bali.  She helped form The WINS Project USA and is a founding member of the Executive Board.  As a retired business owner, she has the time to volunteer not only with The WINS Project but also with San Diego Hospice and Institute for Palliative Medicine and the Armed Forces YMCA at Balboa Naval Hospital.  She is a member of the Rancho Bernardo Rotary.  Frances’ primary contribution as a board member is in marketing our organization.  She sponsors a young boy, I Made Joni Parwata (Kadek Joni).  Bali and its people are a vital part of her life and she visits as often as possible.  Frances and her husband, Earnie Giles, live in Rancho Bernardo, California.
